Dear Friends,

Today, my publisher, Lily & Eddy, awarded prizes to winners of Didgit Cobblehearts 2013 Media Writing Competition.

Several printed and broadcast media covered my 2013 Color Your Life activities where thousands of students in the Jakarta and its surrounding areas colored my story and coloring books, Mencintai Laut Indonesia (Loving Indonesian Oceans). The colored books in turn will be donated to need children across Indonesia.

It was pretty challenging to choose the winners, as many of that coverage were wonderful. However, finally we have chosen three winners. The winner was SOCA children magazine. They were so wonderful as a media partner for me. They distributed and wrote feature story of my first ever online game CD as well as provided the inside page for my Soul Snacks cartoon! Then, the partnership did not end with the published stories. They have asked me to be a contributor for several others of their editions in the future. Thats so awesome!

Two daily newspapers from the Jawa Pos Group, Guo Ji Ri Bao (a Chinese language newspaper) and International Media (an Indonesian language newspaper) were the runner up winners. And, last but not least, the second runner up winner was Sinar Harapan daily newspaper.
