Dear Friends,

Today was a historic day for Lily & Eddy (my publisher) and my series, "The Tale of Didgit Cobbleheart." Around 300 people, children and adults, individuals and corporations as well as media representatives gathered in The Maestro, Level 4, Plaza Indonesia, Jakarta, to celebrate this memorable moment with our family.

Like any other celebration, cake was a must! So, I decided to have mine as well. In the beginning, I only wanted cup cakes decorated with my face and books. But, the event organizer went further by doing a wonderful job of creating a lovely cake designed where my cup cakes became ornaments to the whole piece!

Pssst, there was a little secret behind this piece. The three-tiered "cake" was not eatable! It was just a holder for my cup cakes. That's why my 50 blue and white cup cakes were gone in just a matter of minutes!
