Dear Friends, Today was a historic day for Lily & Eddy (my publisher) and my series, "The Tale of Didgit Cobbleheart." Around 300 people, children and adults, individuals and corporations as well as media representatives gathered in The Maestro, Level 4, Plaza Indonesia, Jakarta, to celebrate this memorable moment with our family. There were a lot of participations from students and schools during the five-hour event, and one of them was coming from my dear friend, Gregory Go. You see, not only Gegi as he called, loved all the characters from my series, but he also came up with a brilliant idea! He told me that he loved to create all of my characters using his other passion, Lego. Light bulb came up to my head, and I said, "Let's share this smart idea!" That's why, my team and I sponsored his idea, and we showed the piece in the event. As you can see, it attracted so many people. If you want to create cool Lego characters from the "The Tale of Didgit Cobbleheart" like Gegi, it's simple and FREE. Just be a member of my website, and go to "Fan Club- Sharing Smart Ideas." You will find Gegi's post and the how-to sheets for each character there. Follow the instruction, and you will have your own set as well. I will upload more instructions later, so make sure to come back to my website regularly. I would like to encourage other children to come up with brilliant ideas about anything cool and fun that you would like to share with your friend. Who knows that I will be able to create wonderful how-to-sheets like Gegi's? Yours truly, Didgit |
