I felt blessed and honored to have completed my second event debut at Kinokuniya Bookstore, Plaza Senayan on September, 2013! Lily & Eddy, my publisher, was able to work together with Kinokuniya on my Color Your Life CSR 2013 where 5,000 Mencintai Laut Indonesia (Loving Indonesian Oceans) will be donated to less fortunate children around Indonesia.

Kinokuniya is one of our partner in this event, thus, children will be able to participate in coloring the first page of the book, and they can also write inspirational or supportive messages for other children who will receive these books.

There were two events hosted by Kinokuniya, Plaza Senayan, and the first was completed on Sunday, July 28. I set up the Event Corner area around 11am, and about 12pm, my new friends started to stop by to color the books! By 1pm, the whole area was packed with children and adults alike. I was so moved to see that every one was there: children, mothers, fathers and even grand mothers!

The second event, Sunday, September 01, started a bit slower in the morning. I was so nervous, but after lunchtime, a lot of people came! To my surprise, the event became a small reunion event where family members, old and new friends came together and had a lot of FUN together!
