The 43rd interactive comic strip for my Soul Snacks by Didgit have been uploaded to my Facebook and Twitter/ Twitpics accounts on Wednesday, October 30, 2013.

The idea of this interactive comic strip comes from my dear supporter, Mr. Aris Buntarman. Pak Aris, thats how I called him, has been giving me advices on how to create a series based on my adventures and experiences. Now, he has asked me to create an interactive comic that describes the importance of breadfruits.

Breadfruit (Artocarpus altilis) is a species of flowering tree in the mulberry family, Moraceae. It commonly found in the region of Southeast Asia and most of Pacific Ocean islands. Some of the Carribean islands like Leeward and Windward islands also have breadfruits grown there. The name breadfruit comes from the texture of the cooked fruit since it has a potato-like flavor, similar to freshly baked bread.

It is one of the most productive food plants where a single tree can produce up to 200 or more fruits per season. Furthermore, as you can see from my Soul Snack comic, breadfruits also has so many usages. Lets plant more breadfruits then, shall we?
