The 70th interactive comic strip for my Soul Snacks by Didgit have been uploaded to my Facebook and Twitter/ Twitpics accounts on Wednesday, May 21, 2014.
Several days ago, I have read an inspiring story that reminded me of my best friend, Fuzzy. The story was about a unique and talented person called Conchita Wurst. She won a singing competition called the Eurovision 2014. Like Conchita Wurst, Fuzzy, looks different from the rest of us. He stands out from the crowd with his blue-hairy face. At first, my friends and I were not sure how we felt about him. But, after getting to know more about him, we fell in love with Fuzzy. Hes such a cool and loving friend, and Im so proud to call him my best friend. Im sharing you these stories so that more children will grow up to be tolerant, loving and caring adults. Differences are not to be descriminated, but instead, be cherished because they give more colors to our lives. Imagine if all of us can appreciate and learn from each other uniqueness... The world will be a more peaceful and wonderful place for all of us! You can share your stories about tolerance or discrimination with me on my Facebook account (Go to my web: www.didgitcobbleheart.com and click the Facebooks icon on the lower right hand side) or my Twitter/ Twitpics account @cobbleheart. I can make your stories into comic formats like this one so that more children can learn from your experiences. Soul Snacks by Didgit is a weekly interactive comic strip that will be available on my Facebook and Twitter/ Twitpics accounts every Wednesday! Stay tune for the next edition, or better, send me your ideas so you can show your friends your own comic strip! Truly Yours, Didgit |
