I believe that if we want to change the world to be a better place for every child, we have to start growing the love for our earth in children. Environmental destruction is one thing that I personally think children has to be taught about since an early age. Indonesia, for example, has damaged a lot of its rain forest that the Sumatran tigers are in the brink of extinction.

Last year, my story and coloring book, "Mencintai Laut Indonesia" (Loving Indonesian Oceans) had helped 5,000 privileged children in the cities (Jakarta and its surrounding areas) and 5,000 needy children in remote areas of Indonesia to see the beauty and richness of Indonesian oceans.

When I saw how they smiled and paid attention to details while coloring the books, I saw loves in them. Then, I felt more hopeful that these children would grow up with a deeper love and care for their earth.

Therefore, I intend to continue creating wonderful nature-themed books for children. For 2014, I have developed another story and coloring book titled "Mencintai Flora dan Fauna Indonesia" or "Loving Indonesian Flora and Fauna".

Please support what I do to create a little good "dent" in this universe by providing 25,000 books to needy children around Indonesia. I believe in the power of many. Collectively, we can create a better world for our children.
