The 117th interactive comic strip for my Soul Snacks by Didgit have been uploaded to my Facebook and Twitter/ Twitpics accounts on Wednesday, April 22, 2015.

Todays story idea also came from my Titis Gie. She liked Vimna water-skiing, and came up with the idea of Vimna sand-skiing on the Parangkusumo Beach, Yogyakarta. Do you know that Parangkusumo is a unique beach because it hosts several sacred religious ceremonies every year?

Located around 30 kilometers south of Yogyakarta, this beach is believed to be the entrance gate to the South Sea. When you visit the beach its common to smell the fragrance of flowers and incense as they were used in offerings. You will find scattered flower petals and more sets of offerings at the Love Stone thats located in Puri Cepuri complex on the beach.

Thats why Parangkusumo is indeed a one-of-a-kind beach in that sense. But, I wanted to make the comic fun, so, I made Vimna as a sand-skiing baywatch girl who tried to save a stranded whale. Read the comic to find out how she did it.
